Marine Authority 2023-12-15
We, Sun Re Limited (Ex. SELECTA Insurance and Reinsurance Company Caribbean Limited), a company incorporated under the laws of the Federation of Saint Kitts and Nevis with its registered office at Hunkins Waterfront Jewels, Main Road, Charlestown, Nevis, West Indies, registration number 42800, do hereby grant a special authority to Messrs. Solutions Denizcilik Ltd, with its registered office at the Trust Company Complex, Ajektake Road, Ajeltake Island, Majuro, Republic of the Marshall Islands, MH 96960 and Mr. Sergey Turyanskiy, DOB 1968-03-25 and hereby appoint them as our true and lawful Agents to act on our behalf.
This Authority refers to the acceptance, issuance, underwriting, claims handling, and everything else related to insurance and reinsurance contracts, as well as claims management in the event of losses under approved contracts on risks located around the world in the following lines of business:
Marine, including: Hull & Machinery, Increased Value and Disbursements, Loss of Hire, War & Strikes, Builder’s Risks.
This Authority expressly allows the Agents to collect the Premiums due the Insurer as the Agents see fit.
This Authority is terminated with an effect from December 15, 2024.
